To get started, you will need to fill in a basic Information Sheet, sign several forms, and pay the first of two invoices.

The first invoice we run for you will include your Authority Fees,your DOT Application Fee, your Process Agent Fee, and your IFTA Decals.

The second invoice will be for any other tax permits you need.
