FUEL AND MILEAGE TAX REPORTING

As a Carrier registered under the International Registration Plan and the International Fuel TaxAgreement (IFTA), you are required to maintain detailed records of your mileage and fuel tax purchases for each juridiction. These records are used to file your fuel/mileage taxes quarterly and to apportion your vehicles every year.

For a small monthly service fee "National Truck" will supply you with Trip Sheets and instructions on how to fill them in. You will then send them to us on a regular basis (every couple of weeks). At the end of the quarter you simply send us Fuel Tax and Mileage Tax Return forms.
We will fill them in for you and send the completed form to you to pay.
If you have a credit or refund due,
we send the return directly to your base state.
